WHY YOU SHOULD SMILE AT WORK..


THE VALUE OF A SMILE IN BUSINESS

Many people have erroneously concluded that since business is a very serious engagement, it should be  treated with the highest level of seriousness and professionalism. However that notion is very wrong.
Research have shown that the most profitable companies are those that have  a policy of dealing personally both internally and with clients and customers.

Take a banking hall for instance, How would you feel if  every time you go to this particular bank the cashiers are always  frowning and edgy. What about if you visit a restaurant and the waiters don’t smile? You would agree with me that such business are on the verge of collapse, right?

A smile makes you have more customers in whatever business you do.
Infact research as shown that 90% of people are emotional buyers, while just 10% are logical buyers. Meaning that you attract most customers when you appeal to their emotion and deal with them personally, always smiling. 

So make it a point to always keep a smiling face everywhere you are. Greet people with a smiling “How are you today”, both employees, co-workers and customers.
Infact employees always perform best in a personally driven work place.
If you try this, You would be surprised at the rate of profit turn-over you will record when next you audit your company’s account.
